With Open House officially over and the end of the year being only a couple of weeks away, I am now off to another classroom! I have taken a position as a 1st/2nd combo teacher at another school in the district and I couldn't be more excited!
But, really...Who would be excited about packing up a classroom and setting up a new one? It's a lot of work, needless to say! Then again, it is kind of intriguing to think about a brand new space! Of course, we can't help but to think about how we will decorate our room, which theme will we go with, how will we arrange everything? Where will I hide all of my junk? A lot of planning this summer, that's for sure!
The one thing I won't be spending hours on though this summer? BULLETIN BOARDS. With our fun and bright ready-to-roll bulletin boards, All you need to do is click, buy, and up they go! I think this year I will go with my favorite boards (the Shabby Chic ones) and of course incorporate some of the seasonal/holiday ones throughout the year. Like the one below is so much fun when we do our culture unit in 2nd grade!
So, if you're like me and you're making a big move to a new classroom, or if you simply want to transform your classroom in under 15 minutes, then head on over to our shop, purchase one of our custom bulletin boards and get ready-to-roll! :)
With only 25 days to go until the end of the school year, teachers have a lot on their plates! Open House, report cards, end of the year projects, placements, so much and so little time! Then again, we all know that's a common feeling throughout the school year! :) None the less, teachers are some of the most creative people and we know how to end each year strong. One of the ways I feel the best about my work throughout the year is providing an environment that reflects my creativity. The basic bulletin board paper that most school provide are typically dull primary colors. I never quite felt 'unique' or 'special' when I looked at the walls of where my students and I spent each school day. Starting to create these Ready-to-Roll Classroom bulletin boards was a way for me to keep myself sane with the decor planning and applying in my classroom, by saving myself countless hours of stapling and measuring, but it also really made my classroom stand out. I have had teachers come in my room and see the bulletin boards I have made and the bulletin board paper that I use and are in shock at how something as small as polka dots or chevron paper can really make a classroom's atmosphere become something incredible. These bulletin boards aren't only the answer to saving precious time throughout the year, but they are also something to be proud of. So start searching our designs and take a stand against bland paper! Choose between fully customizable bulletin board designs and themes or opt for fun and chic bulletin board paper and check out our different patterns. Happy end of the year, teachers!
